These Terms and Conditions govern your use of iget.co.nz and any purchase made through this website, operated by IGET VAPES LTD. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Age restriction

Our products contain nicotine and are restricted under the Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products Act 1990. You must be 18 years of age or older to access this site or purchase any product. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or over. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe this requirement has not been met.

Products

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, update pricing, or amend product availability at any time without notice. All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and include GST where applicable.

Order acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock, pricing has been listed in error, or we suspect fraudulent activity or non-compliance with age restrictions.

Payment

Payment is required by direct bank transfer. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been received and cleared in our account. It is your responsibility to use your Order Number as the payment reference so we can match your payment to your order.

Shipping

We ship within New Zealand only. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by our courier partner or events outside our reasonable control.

Returns and refunds

Our approach to returns, refunds, and faulty goods is set out in our separate Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IGET VAPES LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or your purchase of any product. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot lawfully be excluded.

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by or licensed to IGET VAPES LTD and may not be reproduced without permission.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.

Trademark disclaimer

IGET VAPES LTD is a New Zealand registered company and authorised retailer of IGET-branded vaping products. We are not the manufacturer or owner of the IGET trademark, which originates from Shenzhen, China. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially representing the original IGET brand or its manufacturer. In addition to IGET-branded products, we also sell other vape brands and products through this website. Any reference to “IGET” reflects our authorised retail relationship with that brand and our own registered business name, not ownership of the trademark.
